The Arthroscopic Surgery & Sports Medicine Center is the private orthopaedic practice of Matthew P. France, MD.  The Center was established in 1996 and designed exclusively for the treatment of shoulder and knee injuries as well as sports medicine.

Dr. France is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who additionally completed several subspecialty fellowships encompassing shoulders, knees, sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery.  As a specialist in arthroscopic surgery, Dr. France routinely teaches these surgical skills to other orthopaedic surgeons at symposiums and national conferences.

The Center and its staff are a coordinated extension of Dr. France's treatment philosophy.  By focusing on shoulders and knees, the most current expertise can be provided by him and his knowledgeable, select staff.  State of the art and individualized care were founding principles of restoring function and an active lifestyle.  Furthermore, there should always be the reassurance that all other alternative treatments have been exhausted prior to surgery.
